How to improve the game? After your first session, discuss how to improve the exercise for future sessions with the facilitators. For example, explaining the instructions differently, altering the round’s structure, changing the questions, or asking different debrief questions.
How to generate insights on the game? After running one or several sessions, schedule a sensemaking meeting to analyse the impact of the “imagined future events”. Collect the game outputs, synthesise insights, and prepare for the next steps.
