Create contrasting, coherent alternative futures using drivers of change. Understand the purposes of, and differences between, futures and foresight thinking, prediction and forecasting.
Module 3. Understanding implications of your futures and foresight project
Systematically work through the consequences of your futures over time and across different perspectives. Make strategic choices to shape the future you want and build preparedness for alternative possible futures.
Module 4. Integrating insights from your futures and foresight project
Create impact and change by integrating insights from your work into your organization and beyond. Learn how to take an ecosystem approach to create future-ready organizations that can adapt and evolve.
