You will learn

  • To build basic competency in futures and foresight thinking and enable the rapid adoption of strategic foresight approaches in your daily work processes.
  • To scope foresight opportunities for you, your team, your organization, or other stakeholders.
  • Various methods for identifying trends, assessing drivers of change, building future scenarios, proposing innovative ideas, identifying strategic implications, developing a vision, managing risk, enhancing organizational agility, and informing policy.

Learning content

  • This is a short training course consisting of four condensed modules from the Foresight for Systems Change training session (full version) that was held in 2022. Each module contains videos of 2-3 minutes each.
